Indibni is one whole family with some crazy lovely people working together. A family that eats together, works together, and even celebrates together! When we say khushiyan baatne se badhti hai, we mean that by our heart. We don’t miss a single chance to celebrate any little occasion, then how can the dedicated hard work of 6 years go in vain?
So on the 6th of February, we had our Head of RnD & Operations, our very dear Akhilesh Panwar aka Akhil aka sports nut, mountaineer, number uno ke bemisaal 6 saal ka bemisaal jashn where we set the stage to raise a toast to his wonderful journey.
From making him go all surprised with a dhamakedar entry where we had put a big size flex poster on top of the building, burst party poppers, and played a Haryanavi swag se bhara song to doing the swagat with an aarti ki thali and a welcome drink, we did it all and his reaction was clueless!
The guy’s dedication towards making an office space positive, his on-perfect work and optimistic attitude, his learning mind, modesty, and enthusiasm are unmatched, and praising them is an honour for us. We could not just settle down on the morning fun, hence for a person who is always on his toes, highly active yet mindful of everything he does, we had a blasting event in the evening as well. We made him play games, got him into doing all the amusing, fun things and he being him, an entertainer, did it all with all the spontaneity. With a cake-cutting ceremony at the end, we wrapped up the event.
